“Subway Series” Party at Vivid Cabaret New York

Vivid Cabaret New York, the upscale Manhattan gentlemen’s club known for its seemingly unlimited supply of beautiful exotic dancers, will be hosting a Yankees vs Mets viewing party on Wednesday night, July 27th, showing the game on its numerous HiDef TVs throughout the three-story club, and on its VIP Roof Deck.

“Both teams are doing great,” said Vivid girl Fiona. “And what could be greater than watching the game while surrounded by hot girls taking off their clothes for you!” 

Vivid Cabaret (61 West 37 Street) features the city’s tallest stripper pole, multiple stages, VIP Rooms, and an exclusive Ultra Lounge. To celebrate the hometown teams, the club will be offering drink specials, and surprise give-aways when either team scores.

Bruce Springsteen Announces 2023 NY, NJ Tour Dates

When Bruce Springsteen heads out on tour in 2023, he’ll be performing five shows in our area.

The first local date is April 1st at Madison Square Garden, followed by a show at Barclays Center on April 3rd. Springsteen will play a pair of shows at the UBS Arena on Long Island on April 9th and 11th. He’ll conclude the U.S. leg of the tour on April 14th at the Prudential Center in Newark.

People will need to register with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan system for the opportunity to buy tickets.

Braves Beat Mets 4-1

One look at the Mets’ starting lineup Tuesday was all it took to measure the degree of difficulty this team faced against the surging Braves.

The ugly numbers at the bottom were .210, .216, .200 and .167, representing the batting averages of Dominic Smith, Eduardo Escobar, Travis Jankowski and Patrick Mazeika.

Such is life for the Mets as they await returns from Jeff McNeil and Starling Marte and perhaps a trade to bolster the lineup. McNeil is on paternity leave and Marte has been sidelined with left groin tightness.

An anemic showing at the plate, coupled with two home runs allowed meant a 4-1 loss for the Mets at Truist Park that evened this ballyhooed series between the NL East rivals. The Braves returned within 1 ½ games of the division lead, a night after Max Scherzer’s seven-inning gem carried the Mets to victory.

“The Braves’ pitching staff is really good,” said Francisco Lindor, who drove in the Mets’ only run with a triple in the fifth. “They executed today and the times they missed we didn’t capitalize on it.”
