Jets Fall to 3-8 After Losing to Colts

The loss dropped Aaron Rodgers and the lowly Jets to 3-8. All New York needs to have a season with a better than .500 record is to win all of its next six games.

Colts QB Richardson finished the day completing 20 of 30 pass attempts for 272 yards with a touchdown. He added 32 yards and two scores on the ground.

The Jets’ last drive pretty much sums up the Rodgers experience:

Rodgers was sacked and fumbled on the first play, but the Jets recovered. After Breece Hall had an 11-yard catch and a delay-of-game penalty was called on the Colts’ E.J. Speed, Rodgers was sacked again — sealing the win for the Colts (5-6), who snapped a three-game skid.

Knicks Keys to Success

Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns is averaging 23 points and 13 boards per game. Offensively he has been really good.

Do you want to know the concerns? The Knicks have severely regressed defensively. Opponents are shooting nearly 72% at the rim. The Knicks are allowing opponents to shoot over 48% from the floor, which ranks the Knicks 26th in the league. They are averaging under 4 blocks per game.

Team defense, rebounding and rim protection are glaring needs to go along with the fact that their bench is woefully thin.

Cardinals Defeat Jets 31-6

The Cardinals are 6-4 on the season and pushed Aaron Rodgers and the Jets to 3-7.

Kyler Murray was almost perfect, hitting 22 of 24 passes for 266 yards and a touchdown. Murray also ran for two scores.

This marked the third consecutive home game Arizona allowed no touchdowns.

James Conner rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown and caught five passes for 80 yards.

Marvin Harrison Jr. pulled in five receptions for 54 yards and a score as the Cardinals out-gained the Jets 406 yards to 207.
