Will The Rock Fight Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40?

Previously, there were rumors about The Rock facing Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. However, this did not materialize, and fans saw The Tribal Chief compete against Cody Rhodes.

During a recent segment on The Pat McAfee Show, Dwayne Johnson, popularly known as The Rock, shed light on the situation. He mentioned that a match with Roman Reigns could happen.

Stone Cold Gives a Thumbs Up to Pat McAfee

Steve Austin has given high praise to Pat McAfee, who has wrestled a few matches in WWE in addition to serving as a color commentator.

After working a few matches in NXT, McAfee beat Austin Theory at WrestleMania 38 last year before he lost to Vince McMahon right after it. Austin would come out to make the save where he hit a Stunner to all three stars. McAfee made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania 39 for a short match with The Miz.

McAfee is currently away from WWE as Wade Barrett started to fill in for McAfee as a color commentator on WWE SmackDown when the former NFL punter joined College Gameday last year. He recently signed a big money deal with ESPN.

Chiefs Are Super, Beat 49ers 25-22

After securing the largest comeback win in a championship game in NFL history, Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and the San Francisco 49ers took on Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and the red-hot Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Both teams played stingy defense, and that’s what dominated the game. In fact, it took the Chiefs until late in the third quarter to score a touchdown, and it took the recovery of a muffed punt to set it up.

The game ultimately went to overtime with the Chiefs pulling out a 25-22 victory.
