First Asian American Muppet Joins Sesame Street

Sesame Street is introducing a new friend to its long-running program.

Ji-Young will make history as the first Asian American muppet in the 52-year-old show’s history.

The character is a 7-year-old Korean American who is passionate about the electric guitar and skateboarding.

“So, in Korean traditionally the two syllables they each mean something different and Ji means, like, smart or wise. And Young means, like, brave or courageous and strong,” Ji-Young explained during a recent interview alongside longtime Sesame Street mainstay Ernie.

“But we were looking it up and guess what? Ji also means sesame.”

Vince Neil Suffers Broken Ribs After Falling Off Stage

Vince Neil broke his ribs after falling off of the stage and directly onto the concrete ground while performing with his band at Monsters In The Mountain Fest in Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

Neil was encouraging the crowd to clap along when he suddenly fell and dropped out of view.

Apparently there was a small gap between the speaker and the stage that Neil didn’t notice.

Neil is scheduled to reunite with Mötley Crüe for a massive stadium tour in 2022. It’s unclear how long Neil will need to recover from the injury, but it shouldn’t take more than two months for broken ribs to heal.

The upcoming tour is exciting for 80s’ kids and rockers alike because it will be the first time Neil has performed with Motley Crüe since 2015.

Odell Beckham Jr. Agrees To Contract With Los Angeles Rams

Odell Beckham Jr. shed some light on his decision to join the Los Angeles Rams.

Beckham’s decision caught many off-guard, but the wide receiver said it “felt right,” and admitted that Rams players recruiting him played a role.

“It felt right in my heart and my soul,” the receiver said of signing with the Rams

We know Beckham clearly didn’t feel valued or appreciated in Cleveland. For whatever reason, he simply didn’t become a big part of the offense there and never clicked on the field with Baker Mayfield.

A number of Rams players made clear to Beckham that they wanted him on the team. That matters, as does the fact that the team is clearly in contention.
