It’s the Indiana Pacers against the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2025 NBA Finals.

The Pacers finished off the New York Knicks on Saturday, winning 125-108 in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference finals after a third-quarter rally. It will be their first NBA Finals appearance since 2000, back when Reggie Miller and Jalen Rose starred while Larry Bird coached.

The Pacers players entered Gainbridge Fieldhouse decked out in all black, a shot at the Knicks doing the same last year, and fulfilled their promise of a funeral. They shot lights out, going 17-of-33 (51.5%) from 3-point range, and punished nearly all of the Knicks’ mistakes, with 34 points off 17 turnovers.

The Indiana offense was once again a machine, continuing in a postseason in which they’ve outraced the Milwaukee Bucks, Cleveland Cavaliers and now the Knicks.

• New Classic Mezcal Rita: Made for the traditional margarita drinker looking to kick things up a notch, the Classic Mezcal Rita features Applebee’s signature margarita mix with a hint of smooth smoke from Dos Hombres Mezcal, Teremana Blanco Tequila, triple sec, and lime.

World No. 1 golfer Scottie Scheffler won the 2025 PGA Championship, his second leg of the Grand Slam following two previous Masters Tournament victories.

Scheffler, 28, finished 17-under par, shooting 71 at even par during the final round, finishing five strokes ahead of Harris English, Bryson DeChambeau and Davis Riley. The three-time major champion entered the final round with a solo lead after shooting 11-under through the first three rounds and a 65 on Saturday.

Scheffler shot a 69 in round one, a 69 in round two, a 71 in round three and a 71 in round four during the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. 

Scheffler, who won gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics, is now two legs shy of completing the career Grand Slam, with the U.S. Open and The Open Championship remaining on his 2025 schedule. The 28-year-old had previously finished second at the U.S. Open in 2022 and seventh at The Open Championship in 2024.
